INITIAL CONSULTATION/MEET AND GREET:
CONTACT US today to set up your *FREE consultation!
Your NBLPS pet sitter will come to your home as an opportunity for us to get to know each other, bond with your pet(s), discuss care instructions you have given us for your home and pet(s), and *pick up keys. This visit is FREE of charge and usually takes about 45 minutes. Prior to scheduling the consultation, we will email you our Service Agreement and Veterinarian Release Form for E-signature as well as provide a link for you to register an account and detail home and pet instructions in our pet sitting software.
*PLEASE NOTE: IF ADDITIONAL CONSULTATION VISITS ARE REQUIRED for getting reacquainted with pet(s), new pet, new pet sitter, new home, discuss changes in routine/feeding, etc. A $30 FEE PER ADDITIONAL CONSULT WILL APPLY. KEY PICK UP/DROP OFF FEE APPLIES if keys are to be returned upon completion of services and/or if keys are not available at the consulation/prior to start of services.
PET SITTING:
Kihei & Wailea Only:
Your NBLPS Pet Sitter will come to your home to pamper your pet(s) (Cats/Fish/Small Animals) while you are away! We will visit your pet(s) up to 2 times a day.
PET SITTING Visits are approx. 30 minutes long and INCLUDE the following:
- FOR YOUR PETS:
Lots of Luv, playtime/enrichment, feeding, water, scooping litter box, medication administration.* Additionally, for that extra personal touch, we will send daily pet updates with pictures (and often video) while you are away to help you stay connected to your furry baby/babies.
*Additional fee applies for Subcutaneous Fluids and Injections.
- FOR YOUR HOME:
Security check, retrieval of mail/newspaper/packages, alternating lights & blinds, taking out & bringing in trash bins, & *watering plants. *Extra fee may apply for large # of plants.
ON HOLIDAYS: ADD $15 PER VISIT
OVERNIGHT PET SITTING (10-12 hours):

(Approximately 8PM-7/8AM):
Your NBLPS Pet Sitter will spend 10-12 hours in your home with your pet(s), providing lots of extra Luv and attention/playtime, and will even cuddle up with your pet(s) all night (if allowed)!
OVERNIGHT PET SITTING **Overnight stay includes bedtime and morning care. Daily midday, and/or dinner/eve time pet sitting visits are charged per visit at the PET SITTING price.** (Overnight Pet Sitting includes the above "For your Pets and "For your Home" duties, plus dog walks and yard waste pick-up (waste that occurs during the pet sit--extra fee applies for existing waste pick-up, if time allows)
ON HOLIDAYS: ADD $15 PER VISIT AND OVERNIGHT
SPORADIC DOG WALK OR POTTY & PLAY VISIT (Not available on a weekly basis):

Are you planning an excursion or outing for the day, or need to run errands and want to come home to a happy, well exercised pup(s) (up to 2 dogs)? No problem! Your NBLPS dog walker will come by to provide a 20 minute DOG WALK* or potty and playtime.
*Total visit time is 30 minutes to allow for Alohas/love and refreshing water. **PLEASE NOTE: WE NO LONGER OFFER WEEKLY ONGOING DOG WALKS.
ON HOLIDAYS: ADD $15 PER WALK/POTTY & PLAY
15 MINUTE HOUSE SITTING (NO PETS):

Don't have any pets, but still want your HOME looked after while you are away? This is the service for you!! We will walk around your property to make sure that everything is where it should be. We will alternate lights and blinds, pick up your mail/packages/newspaper, take out and bring in trash bins, *water your plants, check appliances, turn on/off water faucets, flush toilets, run disposals, and walk the inside of your home to make sure everything is secure! *Extra fee applies for large # of plants (or other approved duties) resulting in the visit time exceeding 15 minutes.
ON HOLIDAYS: ADD $15 PER HOUSE SIT VISIT
PET TAXI:

Don't have time to take your pets to the vet or groomer? We're happy to help!
PET TAXI also applies in the event we need to transport your pet(s) to the vet during pet sitting or dog walking services and if the pet sitter needs to purchase additional supplies for your pet(s). Pet Taxi is charged based on transport time to and from the vet and/or store, as well as wait time at the vet.
